‘design thinking’, consultanta si arta…

aparent nicio legatura… practic insa, se ia un studiu de caz: o companie atipica, condusa de un individ atipic, cu un obiect de activitate atipic- amenajari muzeistice/restaurari si transport de opere de arta…da, am hotarit sa postez aceasta experienta inedita, pentru ca este ‘acea’ experienta pe care un consultant in management o asteapta si o intilneste ‘ just once in a life time’ – exceptia de la regula: in cazul meu este ‘repetitio’… loool

ce este atit de atipic in acest proiect pe care l-am inceput acum 2 ani, l-am intrerupt si acum il reiau? faptul ca nu poti aplica nici un model de ‘analytical thinking‘, nu poti cauta in trecut un ‘proof of concept’, o experienta similara pe baza careia sa iei decizii legate de dezvoltarea viitoare a business-ului… nu exista o regula, un set de observatii/insemnari/parametri de-a lungul timpului care sa genereze un model usor de translatat in timp…


in schimb ai nevoie de o intelegere in profunzime a ‘clientului’/ a ‘utilizatorului’, ai nevoie de rezolutii creative in situatii in care frecvent intilnesti obiective/tinte contrare, opuse si tensiuni inerente… ai nevoie de ‘prototipuri’ structurale create rapid prin colaborarea tuturor celor implicati in proiect, ‘prototipuri’ structurale flexibile si permanent ajustabile, nemitinind cont de faptul ca permanent ideile si solutiile tehnice/ creative sufera modificari si abateri de varianta initiala… wtf? haos…

in esenta este contextul perfect pentru DESIGN THINKING! …sa vezi solutii/oportunitati/posibilitati, sa explorezi variante /alternative in probleme pe care nu le poti rezolva apelind la experientele trecute, la solutii clasice, verificate… awesome, mate!

Hirst recognised that by the end of the 20th Century the established art world had become victim to a phenomenon that psychologists term `inattentional blindness’ – when attention is very focused on specific tasks or approaches, humans often fail to perceive significant events, threats or opportunities that are outside their focus. Hirst was able to smash the thick and opaque lenses of tradition in the established art world, and in doing so strategically innovated.

In turn, Hirst’s innovative approach saw the emergence of a new market space, a space in which he was the undisputed first mover and dominant brand.

urmatorul pas: sa cauti solutii noi/ atipice, chiar si atunci cind ai un set de reguli ‘in place’ sau un model /solutie testat(a) anterior… got it?
